About the Role:

The main responsibility of an IOC Support Agent is to be the first line of contact for all IT related matters to the business; from dealing with end user support, incident management or reacting to alerts from our monitoring tools

  • Prepares the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment (e.g., walls, refrigerators, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, doors, restroom facilities, etc.) to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools (e.g., sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc.).
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas.

Maintenance Technician

  • Performs maintenance procedures according to the established SOP and PM schedule, coordinating parts and service, as required.
  • Builds & grows existing preventative maintenance program while maintaining a proactive approach to Plant and Equipment maintenance & repair
  • Performs operational checks on equipment and systems. Detects and investigates variance in performance of equipment, utilities, systems and/ or facilities to ensure proper or enhanced functioning
  • Completes required compliance documentation, logbooks, timesheets, etc. when executing duties.  Maintains an assortment of common spare parts
  • Ensure issues, follow-up actions and /or resolutions are clearly communicated to peers and supervisors. This information should be transferred at shift overlaps as well as during the shift

  • Must be able to work independently on a variety of shifts and overtime requests, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours duties
  • Help with process improvement, miscellaneous duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years experiences in maintenance of manufacturing type equipment is an asset
