About the Role:
The main responsibility of an IOC Support Agent is to be the first line of contact for all IT related matters to the business; from dealing with end user support, incident management or reacting to alerts from our monitoring tools
The ideal candidate:
- 8 Solid years’ experience providing system administration support
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 or greater
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and managing permissions through security groups
- Experience with troubleshooting end-user desktop issues (Windows/Mac/etc.)
- Experience working with monitoring tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills resulting in workable solutions and managing customer expectations
