Senior Estimator

Summary:

Highly skilled, caring, and safety focused individual with Construction Management and Design Build experience. Reports to the Director of Pre-Construction & Estimating. Responsible for calculating construction cost estimates, planning, developing, negotiating, and contract execution for a project.

Responsibilities:
  • Study plans and specifications clarifying location and document discrepancies.
  • Complete pre-bid form, set up summary sheets and submit forms for bonding and insurance.
  • Prepare sub-trade request list for estimating assistant and complete budget estimates.

Construction Manager

Summary:

The Construction Manager reports to the Vice President – Operations, and will be responsible for planning and managing the stages of the construction project. The Construction Manager will oversee work schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure the projects are safely completed on time and within budget.
